Features
Access Levels
The system will have multiple, predefined, customisable access levels that can be created by admin. Each feature will be modular so admin can choose which modules specific user groups have access to and which features within those modules. Admin can create new access levels and select which features they’re able to see.
Users
- The system will have 2 levels of access.
- Management – Full system access.
- Staff – Management defined access.
Activity
Activity will be a list of the most recent actions taken on the system, it will show the action taken, who taken the action and when the action was performed.
Different roles would see different activity:
Admin would see all activity from all staff and have filtering options to filter activity based on contacts, notes, tasks and projects.
Staff would only be able to view their own activity but still filter it based on the different activity parameters.
